Release of Liability
3DbyTay understands the importance of proper prenatal medical care. However, our studio only offers elective 3D ultrasounds for expecting parents. 3D ultrasounds are done only for keepsake entertainment and bonding purposes with parents, family and friends.
3DbyTay will not provide any diagnostic or medical care to the mother or fetus. We advise you to consult with your physician prior to obtaining a 3D ultrasound and understand that you are not obtaining this ultrasound as a replacement for standard prenatal medical care. In the event you are unable to notify your physician or health provider prior to performance of the ultrasound, you assume sole responsibility for notifying him or her as soon as possible following performance of the ultrasound.
Booking Fee
We require a 50% booking deposit to schedule an appointment. This deposit will be used toward your total balance the day of your session.
Cancellations
A 24-hour cancellation is required. To avoid losing your deposit fee, please provide cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 24-hours prior to your appointment.
No show appointments will be considered as cancellations and the deposit fee will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE and requires 24-hour notice as well.
